Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our authentic Cornish treats.

How are your pasties and cream teas shipped to ensure freshness?

We use specialized insulated packaging and gel ice packs to maintain a cool temperature during transit. All perishable items are sent via next-day delivery to ensure they arrive in peak condition.

What is the shelf life of your baked goods?

Our scones and pasties are best enjoyed on the day of arrival. However, they can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheating instructions are included in every box.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes, we have a dedicated range of gluten-free and vegan Cornish pasties and cream tea hampers. Please check the 'Dietary Requirements' section on our shop page for full ingredient lists.

Can I choose a specific delivery date for a gift?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can use our calendar tool to select a preferred delivery date. We recommend choosing a date at least 24 hours before a special occasion to account for any courier delays.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact our support team within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

Jam or cream first?

In the true Cornish tradition, it must be jam first, followed by a generous dollop of clotted cream on top!
