Due to the perishable nature of our Cornish food products, we cannot accept returns once items have been dispatched; however, we are committed to resolving any issues with damaged or incorrect orders immediately.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Please check your Cornish pasties or cream tea hampers upon arrival and take photos of any visible damage to the packaging or products.
- 2.Contact Our Team
Email our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and any supporting evidence of the issue.
- 3.Assessment Process
Our team will review your claim and, where applicable, verify the quality concern with our bakery or production department.
- 4.Resolution & Refund
If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a fresh replacement to be sent out at no extra cost.
